At 30kg, NEO is the lightest platform we dress. Every gram of garment weight affects balance and battery life. Construction uses the lightest technical fabrics available. No heavy linings, no dense interfacing, no metal hardware.

Hand Dexterity
NEO's 22-DOF hands are the most dexterous of any platform. Sleeves, cuffs, and gloves must allow full finger articulation without bunching. Cuff closures are designed for NEO to fasten itself.
SKIN
Fabric Exterior Integration
NEO already has a ribbed fabric "skin" as its exterior shell. Garments must integrate with this surface, not fight it. We use low-friction inner linings that glide over the existing fabric without snagging or adding bulk.

Human Proportions
NEO has the most human-like proportions of any platform. This is both an advantage and a constraint. Garments can use near-standard silhouettes, but any proportion error is immediately visible. Precision is non-negotiable.
